Prior to joining Franchise Equity Partners, Rhea - originally from Eagan, Minnesota - studied Economics and the History of Science, Medicine, and Public Health at Yale University. At Yale, she was involved in the Yale Student Investment Group and was awarded the Lincke Fellowship for her research on the portrayal of women's rights in Bollywood cinema. Rhea previously interned with FEP during the summer of 2025.
