Kelsey joined FEP in June 2026, supporting the firm's Managing Director and CFO. She brings experience in executive support, creative production, and project management from previous roles at Netflix and Majordomo Media, where fast-paced production work sharpened her organization, foresight, and ability to bring clarity to competing priorities.

Before transitioning into executive support, Kelsey worked in television and film production, managing projects from development through production. She holds a B.F.A. in Theatre Design and Production from Fordham University.

Outside of work, she enjoys concerts and long walks around the city with her dog, Emmie — who's generally the one calling the shots.
