Isaac Strulowitz / Chief Financial Officer

Isaac is the Chief Financial Officer of Franchise Equity Partners. He oversees the firm's finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and reporting functions, and works closely with firm leadership on the firm's operational infrastructure, capital planning, and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Franchise Equity Partners, Isaac served as Chief Financial Officer and Partner of Treville Capital Group, where over eight years he built and led the firm's finance and operations functions as the business grew from approximately $65 million to more than $2.8 billion in assets under management. He led the development of the financial and operational infrastructure supporting the firm's venture capital, private equity, asset-backed credit, and structured credit investment strategies. In 2024, Isaac was recognized as a Crain's New York Business Notable Leader in Finance.

Prior to Treville, Isaac worked in Blackstone's Real Estate Finance Group. He began his career at EY, where he earned the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.

Isaac holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University, where he graduated cum laude.
