Heidi Matheys serves as Chair of the Board of Velocity Auto Care, FEP’s Valvoline Instant Oil Change platform. She is a seasoned C-suite executive and board director with more than 25 years of leadership experience across multi-unit retail, franchising, consumer packaged goods, and healthcare.

Heidi spent more than a decade at Valvoline Inc., where she held several senior leadership roles including Chief Commercial & Transformation Officer and Senior Vice President of the Consumer Packaged Goods business. As a member of the executive leadership team, she helped lead Valvoline’s separation from Ashland Inc., the company’s IPO, and the subsequent divestiture of a 50% stake in the business to Aramco in 2023.

Earlier in her career, Heidi held leadership roles at CibaVision (Novartis) and Johnson & Johnson. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
