David leads FEP’s investment team and has over 14 years’ experience advising and investing in consumer-driven businesses.

Prior to joining Franchise Equity Partners, David worked at Elliott Management focused on public and private equity investments in the consumer and healthcare service sectors,

Prior to Elliott, David was a private equity professional at KKR focused on consumer and retail investing. During his time at KKR, David oversaw the firm’s investments in National Vision, Toys“R”Us and Lemonade Restaurant Group.

David previously worked in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division, where he was involved in a variety of M&A and financing transactions as part of the US Consumer and Australia M&A groups.

David is originally from Australia and graduated from the University of Melbourne with dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Commerce and Engineering.
